In 2021 Bríd obtained a BBS in entrepreneurship from Maynooth University. Following her love and passion for dogs she continued her studies in a new direction at Writtle University Essex, UK in Veterinary Physiotherapy, specialising in equine and canine.

Graduating in 2024 with a MSC in Veterinary Physiotherapy and level 3 & 4 in small animal hydrotherapy, Bríd made her passion a reality and founded Canine Physio Care.

Bríd has a keen interest in canine sports rehabilitation and high-level athletes, specifically greyhounds. Bríd has a strong interest in all aspects of musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation of the postoperative patient.

With over 16 years of experience as a canine hydrotherapist, Anne brings a lifelong passion for dogs and her deep understanding of their physical and behavioural needs to every session.
Her background is rooted in dog training, showing, and breeding—particularly of the Hovawart, a breed Anne has dedicated much of her life to.

In addition to her hydrotherapy work, Anne served as an emergency search dog handler in Scotland, working with an urban search and rescue team on live casualty searches in collapsed buildings and rubble environments. This hands-on, high-pressure experience has deepened Anne's commitment to canine care and welfare. Anne has continued to expand her knowledge through numerous seminars and workshops in areas such as canine massage, first aid, gait assessment and analysis, conformation, and husbandry.
Furthermore, Anne is a specialist judge for the Hovawart breed, and has had the honor of judging in the UK, Holland, Germany, and the USA.

Since 1991, Anne has proudly exhibited her dogs at Crufts, the world’s most prestigious dog show, and remain deeply involved in the international dog community. Anne's approach to canine hydrotherapy is grounded in experience, empathetic, and a commitment to every dog’s individual wellbeing.

Nora O'Donovan Physiotherapist

Postgraduate Diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy (Writtle University College) 
Level 4 Diploma in Canine Hydrotherapy (Writtle University College) 
Level 3 Certification in Canine Hydrotherapy (Writtle  University College) 
Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Health Science (Cork Institute of Technology) 

Qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist and Canine Hydrotherapist from Writtle University College.

Studying at WUC allowed Nora to develop an excellent skill set in the use of manual therapies such as massage, passive range of motion, myofascial released, electrotherapies such as Laser, Ultrasound, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) and Rehabilitation exercises.

Coming from a family of racing greyhound trainers, Nora has a special interest in injury prevention and treatment in racing Greyhounds.  Other areas of interest include treatment of neurological disorders, post surgical rehabilitation and maintenance of orthopedic conditions.
